Strong communication is a key ingredient of effective teamwork, leadership, and business outcomes.
In this course, you will learn to master a practical framework to communicate with confidence and clarity. The framework structures your message so that emotions do not override clear thinking.
In a world where AI can generate polished content in seconds, the real challenge is the human connection of communication. It is not just what you say; it's how you say it. Good intentions are not enough. Good communication involves adapting the message based on how the other person receives it. You will learn a safe and reliable way to respond in the moment and to rescue a conversation that has gone off track.
The course provides practical advice on business writing, presentations, and verbal communication using a clear, repeatable framework to help you master workplace communication.
All delegates will receive a copy of the latest edition of "Help! I Need to Master Critical Conversations" by Trevor Manning (Trevor Manning Consultancy Pty Ltd; 1st edition, September 2018).
