Working for us
We have one of the University’s largest student bodies and offer one of the most diverse workplaces in terms of people, job roles, and opportunities.
Academic staff include full- and part-time lecturers and tutors who support students across more than 700 courses in a wide range of subject areas.
Administrative and support staff work across programme management, research, finance, catering, hospitality, clerical work, IT, facilities maintenance, housekeeping, and many other areas.
In addition to the University’s comprehensive staff benefits, our full-service facilities offer convenient amenities for those who work here. Our on-site restaurant serves lunch daily at reduced rates for staff, and our library provides access to a broad lending collection and the wider Oxford University library system.
