About the session
Join us to consider how you can move into academia after completing your DPhil This facilitated panel discussion will consider possible ways of continuing with academic work after completing your DPhil, drawing on the experience of some Postdocs and Early Career Researchers, including current members of Oxford Lifelong Learning and those working elsewhere in the University and at other institutions. Attendees are encouraged to submit questions in advance or raise them during the session.

- To understand some of the possible routes into academia and how to pursue them.
- Consider how to present yourself to best effect in a competitive market.
- Understand the skills and personal qualities required to be successful in academia.

Dr Sarah Frodsham, Co-Director of the Graduate School and the Chair of Ethics at Oxford Lifelong Learning, University of Oxford.
