Applying Knowledge Management: Principles and Practices

Overview

Knowledge management gives you the tools to harness, develop and direct expertise across your organisation, helping you apply it more effectively to meet strategic goals. It also drives continuous learning and innovation, creating long-term competitive advantage.

This intensive one-day course equips you with practical strategies and tactics to unlock more value from your existing resources. You’ll explore each stage of the knowledge management cycle, from vision and search through to application, and learn how to link them directly to organisational performance.

Now a requirement under the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard, knowledge management is essential for any organisation aiming to identify and apply its intellectual assets with intent. This course shows you how to build that capability, whether you work in manufacturing, technology, services or the primary industries.

Led by Dr John Wilson and Larry Campbell, experienced practitioners and subject experts, the course brings together theory and real-world application to help you implement knowledge management with confidence.
