We offer two postgraduate diploma pathways in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): a one-year core training programme, and a two-year advanced pathway specialising in severe and complex mental health conditions.

Both routes provide rigorous, clinically focused training and are designed to meet professional accreditation standards.

Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

This one-year postgraduate diploma provides a comprehensive introduction to the core competencies required to practise as a CBT therapist. It is designed for those looking to develop a strong foundation in evidence-based psychological therapy.
