The course is designed for those who want to understand how to design and create a survey that will deliver meaningful insights. It focuses on how to gather useful feedback on what customers and wider target audiences think about a product, service, or policy. It is relevant to those who are in marketing, HR, customer service, research, or any position that requires a professional approach to gathering and interpreting feedback. It is suitable for those new to research, as well as those looking to update their knowledge or skills.

The course is spread over nine modules that cover:

  • The planning and the design of a survey
  • Question types and best practice when writing questions
  • Testing and survey distribution
  • Analysis, report writing, and presentation
  • AI and Survey Creation.

The course aims to give you:

  • A proven survey framework to follow
  • An awareness of the most popular mistakes to avoid
  • A sense of what best practice means in drafting, testing, and distributing a survey
  • An understanding of how to present the results and findings
  • An insight into how AI is shaping the design of surveys.

By the end of the course, you will feel more confident in designing, setting up and managing surveys from start to finish. You will understand how a survey may have failed in the past, the approach to take going forward, and what the future of surveys looks like.
