Explore the themes and creative techniques of Impressionism and analyse key artists within the context of their time. Discover the critical reactions to their art, the trans-national impact of Impressionism, and examine Post-Impressionism.

As well as artists such as Pissarro, Cézanne, Monet, Manet, Degas, Renoir and Van Gogh, the course will also look at the impact of women artists such as Cassatt and Morisot.

This flexible online course has no live-time meetings – so you do not have to be online at any specific time to take the course.
