Culinary Psychology consultant Stelios Kiosses celebrates new book launch

Psychotherapist and consultant in Culinary Psychology Stelios Kiosses recently celebrated the release of his new book, 'Culinary Psychology: Food Choices and the Mind-Body Connection'.
Written with co-authors Beth Frates and chef Neil Rippington and endorsed by Heston Blumenthal, the book explores what and how we eat, alongside the relationships between food, emotion, attachment, culture and personal history. It also delves into how what we eat affects our mental health and wellbeing, as well as how outside influences can affect our food choices.
The book's official launch event is being held on Friday 8 May from 6.15-9pm at Rewley House, Oxford. The event will feature a lecture on how food shapes memory, identity and wellbeing and why our relationship with food is rarely just nutritional, alongside the chance to have your culinary psychology questions answered.
