- In science, leadership is examined through analysis, reflection and the generation of new insights, showing how curiosity and rigour drive progress.

Through case studies, critical analysis and interactive discussions, you will explore the challenges and mindset shifts required to learn, change and act as a high-performance leader. Guided by theories of leadership and self-reflection, you will be in a position to refine your own leadership style and to develop a sustainable framework for high performance that integrates creativity, discipline, insight and drive.
The course will feature high-performing leaders from each sector, offering first-hand perspectives on leadership in action. There will also be a field trip to Williams Grand Prix Engineering – so you can observe leadership and performance in action
